Delete from the app
- Sign in to the Balance One app.
- Open the Settings tab and tap Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm. Your account is suspended immediately.
If you cannot use the app
Email eps32444@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request" and include the email address (login ID) you used. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request.
Data that is deleted
- Guardian account: name, email address (login ID), password, mobile phone number, social sign-in identifiers, push notification token
- Child profile: name, date of birth, sex, center and class
- Assessment and questionnaire results (including result images), messages and attachments exchanged with teachers, booking, attendance and coupon usage history
This data is erased within 30 days of the deletion date or request. The window exists to handle mistaken requests; the data is not used during that time.
Data kept for a limited period

Members registered by a center
If a center registered the child, the center is the controller of its member-management records and decides on their retention and deletion. You may also send your request to the center, and the Operator will act together with the center.
